Horticulture Code Review issues paper released - have your say!!!

The Minister for Agriculture and Minister for Small Business announced a review of the Horticulture Code in June 2015. The review is being undertaken by Mr Mark Napper and Mr Alan Wein.

An issues paper has now been released. The issues paper is intended to prompt discussion around the application, effectiveness and enforcement of the Code, as well as options for the future of the Code.

You can now lodge a submission with the Horticulture Code Review Secretariat. Submissions close 5pm Friday, 18 September 2015.

The Horticulture Code Review website has been updated to include the issues paper, an executive summary, and a revised timetable for the review.
