Mental Health & Well Being Session
FGV held an informal mental health and well being “catchup” at the MOVE Museum in Shepparton on 26 September 2024. It was a great opportunity for growers to attend before the start of the fruit picking season and have a “Coffee & a Chat” before life got busy!!!
Warren Davies, The Unbreakable Farmer, is one of Australia’s leading rural mental health speakers was in attendance to provide tips and tools that growers can easily implement in day-to-day life, helping people overcome challenges. Also, enabling them to pick themselves up, dust themselves off, and continue moving forward.
