Fruit Growers Victoria is delighted to announce that registrations are now open for Fruit Growers Victoria Conference – “Beyond 2022 – Orchard & Packing Technology”
This premier event for the horticultural industry will take place over 04-05 August, 2022 in Shepparton.
FGVL Chairman, Mitchell McNab, said the conference will build on learnings from the past seasons so the industry can grow and adapt to the future, embracing new concepts and technologies on-farm.
“After some challenging years for growers, this is an opportunity to get together and discuss the issues the industry is facing as well as find solutions moving forward”
Mr McNab confirmed that the FGV Conference will incorporate world class speakers, networking opportunities and a trade show on both days that will showcase leading local and global businesses.
“Day 1 will provide our delegates with the opportunity to hear from leading research and technology experts on technological advances and the latest farm management practices with the day culminating with a gala industry dinner”
“The field day on day 2 will allow growers to see firsthand demonstrations and the latest innovations from one of our leading growers and processors during this orchard visit”.
“We see this event as an opportunity to support our growers and provide relevant innovative ideas and technology that can help and support the growth of our industry into the future”
