Any AustSafe Super member can use the app. Before downloading it’s important to understand that you need to be registered for MemberOnline or PensionOnline.
Not registered, but want to get the app? No problem. You can begin the MemberOnline or PensionOnline registration process on our website at austsafe.com.au.
The login details you use for MemberOnline or PensionOnline will double as your login details for the Mobile App. But don’t stress if you’ve forgotten your member number or password, simply give us a call on 1300 131 293 and we can help you out.
How do I get the app?
You can easily download and access the app with these three simple steps
- You must be registered for MemberOnline to use the app. If you’re not registered, you can register for MemberOnline or PensionOnline through the registration pages
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store using your mobile
- Login with your member number and MemberOnline password
