The Horticulture Centre of Excellence has developed a forum program that explores innovation through the horticultural supply chain, supporting participants to think about continuous improvement in their own business and across the industry. We have based this year's program on industry feedback. The 2016 program is aimed thinking about change and the opportunities to take new actions that can transform and/or reorganise the business to be more market focus and competitive. The Forum will be held at the Horticulture Centre of Excellence, DEDJTR, 255 Ferguson Road, Tatura, Victoria (includes morning tea and lunch) and features Agriculture Victoria researchers and speakers across three themes: Market-Led Innovation, Innovation along the Supply Chain and a Panel of Innovation Program Leaders.
