Stop the backpacker tax!!!

Many of you will already be aware of the NFF campaign to influence government regarding changes to backpacker tax scheduled for 1 July, 2016.

At present the proposed changes would mean employers charging backpackers a tax rate of 32.5%. The NFF has proposed a rate of 19%.

Growers and all concerned individuals are asked to read the attached media release and follow the link to sign the petition.
